📍 Meeting Point & Check-In

Meeting Time: 14:00
Departure: 14:30 (once all travellers are onboard)

Location: SAILNSTAY – Fethiye Marina Office Google Maps Location

Check-in and boarding times are coordinated with the Port Authority. If docking times change last-minute, we will adjust immediately to keep the process smooth.

After check-in, our team will walk you to your Gulet for embarkation.

Hotel Pick-Up (Optional)

Hotel pick-up is not included, but optional transfers are available from:

  • Fethiye / Çalış
  • Ölüdeniz
  • Hisarönü / Ovacık
  • Faralya
  • Dalaman Airport
  • Other local areas, upon request

Please request your transfer at least 24 hours before departure.

Passport Details Required

To prepare your official passenger manifest, please send the following details for each traveller:

  • Full Name
  • Passport Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Email

Passports must be valid for at least 150 days from your arrival date in Türkiye.
Your information is used only for legal registration and handled securely.

Arrival Time: Friday at 16:00

After returning to the marina, our team will guide all guests back to the SAILNSTAY Office, where transfer drivers can meet you.

In rare cases of weather or operational delays, the arrival time may be adjusted. We will inform you of any changes in advance.
